Your 5-minute fix:

  • Open your resume. Find every responsibility.

  • Add: Tool Used + Async Method + Outcome

Examples:

BEFORE: "Handled customer support"
AFTER: "Resolved 50+ tickets/week via Intercom using async video responses (Loom), achieving 94% CSAT."

Secret #2: The Visibility Hack

The companies ghosting you are hiring people they already know. Here's how to become "already known" in 15 minutes a day.

  3. Send this message to at least 1 person at the company:
