Open your resume. Find every responsibility.

Examples:

The companies ghosting you are hiring people they already know. Here's how to become "already known" in 15 minutes a day.

Find 3 companies you want to work for.
On LinkedIn, search: [Company] + remote.
Send this message to at least 1 person at the company:
"Hi [Name], saw your post about [specific thing]. As someone building a remote career in [field], I found your point on [specific detail] spot-on. No agenda- just connecting with smart people in the space."
Do this daily. In 2 weeks: 42 warm connections at target companies.
