The sessions were really great because we were in discussions not only with Michelle but with other job seekers to hear their experiences firsthand. It was very helpful. Going through the program and all of the modules, and also discussing things because you become part of the community while you're in the program, it makes you feel a bit better and a bit more hopeful. That hope gives you enough motivation to go through the program and then increase your chances.

I liked how I could go through the program at my own pace. Some days I was able to get more done than others, and that was okay. The action guides were clear and I'm glad I have them saved so that I can refer back to them later.
